Frank Weber
Chief Executive Officer

Frank brings to Acuity over 25 years of senior healthcare leadership experience. He has an exceptional ability to utilize his multiple skill set to cover many fields including business development, organization management, crisis management, and marketing enhancement to successfully impact delivery of healthcare.

Weber graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, Edinboro, PA with a M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology and Allegheny College, Meadville, PA with a B.A. in Speech Communications.

Frank is an active member of the community. He currently serves on the WV Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation as a Board Member. He served as Treasurer and President of the Board Kanawha-Putnam County Habitat for Humanity . He is a MDA Volunteer, Charleston, WV and a Milton WV Little League founder where he established the Babe Ruth level, boy’s baseball.  He has also served as a Girls Softball Coach.

Chris Heilman
Chief Clinical Officer

Chris Heilman joined Acuity in March of 2007 after a 12-year endeavor with Weirton Medical Center. He brought with him clinical management skills, critical care experience and emergency care experience. Chris earned his nursing diploma from the Ohio Valley Hospital School of Nursing, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and Masters in Business Administration from Franciscan University of Steubenville.

Heather Kemper, R.N., B.B.A
Director of Provider Relations

Heather Kemper joined Acuity Specialty Hospital, Ohio Valley in 2005.  She combines her passion and commitment to exceptional patient care, patient satisfaction and service in healthcare as the Director of Provider Relations. Her nursing degree was obtained from Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  She continued her education and obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration from Kaplan University.
